Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The immersive journey to the pulse of the city takes place indoors. As the extraordinary location can only be partially heated, we recommend wearing warm clothing, especially during the cooler months. This way, you can enjoy the experience comfortably.

How long is the visit?

The expected visit duration is approximately 60 minutes.

Are food and drinks available for purchase?

A café and shop with a small selection offer the opportunity for a short break. Bringing food and drinks into the exhibition is not permitted.

Is parking available?

Two accessible parking spaces directly at the building; additional parking is available.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.

Are tickets available for accompanying persons?

If you have a severely disabled pass with a B mark, admission for the accompanying person is free.

Is Frankfurt: City of WOW! suitable for people with visual and/or hearing impairments?

Unfortunately, the immersive experience could not be adapted for people with visual and/or hearing impairments. We recommend that you visit other experiences in and around Frankfurt am Main.

Will there be strobe lighting?

The event will feature lighting effects with rapid changes between light and dark. However, there will be no strobe lighting.

Do I need to arrive early before my visit?

We recommend arriving at the time indicated on your ticket to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Your entry is guaranteed 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your booked time slot. We cannot accommodate significant delays.

Is seating available?

The immersive show features seating cubes and benches where you can experience the show from different perspectives.

Will there be an audio guide?

An audio guide is not available for this experience.

Is there an age restriction?

The exhibition and immersive show is designed to appeal to young people accompanied by adults.

What am I not allowed to bring?

You may not bring your own food and drinks, or any items that might disturb other visitors, into the exhibition or the immersive show. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Is there a cloakroom?

No, there is no cloakroom on site. Lockers are available.

What should I do if I lose something?

Am I allowed to take photos or videos?

You are welcome to take photos and share them with your friends. Please be mindful not to disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Where can tickets be purchased?

Tickets for “Frankfurt: City of WOW!” are available exclusively through the ticket shop of our official ticketing partner Fever.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

What are the exchange conditions?

Appointment changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID, which is associated with your purchase. Alternatively, you can check the change option as follows: Go to your ticket in the Fever app. You will find it in the “Tickets” section, where, if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. Follow the steps in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
